My husband, Mike, and I moved to Lake City from Sunrise, Florida in 2003, leaving behind the stress and craziness of life in South Florida. As a former paralegal, real estate seemed a natural transition and I obtained my real estate license in 2005, in large part because everyone who came to visit wanted to stay. I had a built in market!!! My philosophy is that before a potential buyer falls in love with a property, they must first fall in love with the community. My appreciation for the charm and beauty of north central Florida makes working with both buyers and sellers an easy task. I don’t have “customers” but rather new friends and neighbors. My idea of a good real estate agent is more than someone who finds or sells property.
